Everyone should be able to participate

MKB Toegankelijk is a program of MKB Nederland and VNO-NCW. They work together with the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, the VNG and the UN Convention. This program encourages sector organisations and entrepreneurs to work on accessibility.

Challenge & Solution

Our goal was to design a branding that reflected all disabilities and therefore would be inclusive for all. The main three subjects that have a major relationship with accessibility are audio, movement and sight. The logo needed to be simple and clear to be easily recognise and approachable from the target audience’s perspective who are entrepreneurs that will make the change for their business to become accessible. The branding color palette has 2 complementary colours to amplify the high contrast necessary on- and offline. Each element can be used separately as icons and are designed to represent all parts of accessibility in a positive way.
