Groot Schiphol Bereikbaar is an initiative of Schiphol Area Development Company (SADC), Royal Schiphol Group, Amsterdam Transport Region and the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer. Together with employers in the area, they are committed to an accessible and liveable region. They do this by influencing the commuter’s travel behaviour, for example with a travel portal, mobility hubs, entry points and collective actions for employers & employees.
Groot Schiphol Bereikbaar represents purity when it comes to mobility. To amplify the character of this sustainable project, a light blue is used in the branding as the main color to illustrate the clean climate. To have all focus on this ambience, no other color is added. The photography remains black and white and all basic font black. To make the message clear and evoke direct association with the area Schiphol, we chose to display in the brand the iconic tower. The font is kept minimalistic and sans serif due to the long name of the brand. The slogan then pops out in blue to contrast the brand’s name and be as recognisable as the tower. The newsletter is done quarterly in the form of an online publication and offline brochure design. Each announcement can be communicated to inspire corporation to see the way they move to and from work.
